1. Who we are & what you're agreeing to
BLFFD is a party trivia game published by Piece of Web ("we", "us", "our"). These terms are a contract between you and us covering the BLFFD mobile app and the blffd.com website (together, the "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using BLFFD, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Payment & Subscription Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. Who can play
BLFFD is rated for teens and older. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you're under the age of legal majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission to use the Service, and any purchases must be made or approved by them.
3. Your account
- You're responsible for what happens on your account. Keep your login details to yourself.
- Give us accurate info when you sign up, and pick a display name that isn't offensive, misleading, or impersonating someone else.
- One account per person. Don't buy, sell, or transfer accounts.
- You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete Account, or by emailing [email protected].
4. Your license to use BLFFD
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the BLFFD app on devices you own or control, for your own entertainment. That's the whole deal — the app, its questions, artwork, sounds, code, and the BLFFD name and logo remain the property of Piece of Web and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, scrape, resell, or redistribute any part of the Service, except where the law says we can't stop you.
5. Fair play
BLFFD is about bluffing your friends — inside the game. When using the Service, you agree not to:
- Cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or automation, or tamper with scores, matchmaking, or lobbies.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other players, or post hateful, sexual, or otherwise inappropriate content in display names or written answers.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, other accounts, or non-public parts of the Service.
- Use the Service for anything illegal, or in a way that disrupts the game for others.

6. Content you create
During a game you write bluff answers, and you may choose a display name or submit prompts and feedback. You keep ownership of what you write, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and moderate that content as needed to run the Service — for example, showing your bluff to other players in a lobby. Don't submit content you don't have the right to share.
7. Payments, purchases & subscriptions
BLFFD is free to download and play, supported by ads. We may offer optional paid items — such as one-time in-app purchases or subscriptions (for example, to remove ads or unlock extra content). All payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, not by us directly.
The full details — billing, auto-renewal, free trials, cancellation, and refunds — live in our Payment & Subscription Policy, which is part of these terms. The short version:
- Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel from your App Store or Google Play account settings, at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies; we'll help where we can.
- Virtual items and unlocks have no real-world cash value and can't be transferred or exchanged.
8. Advertising
The free version of BLFFD shows ads served by Google AdMob. Ads keep the game free for everyone. How ad data is handled is described in our Privacy Policy. We don't control the content of third-party ads, and a product appearing in an ad is not our endorsement of it.
9. Availability & changes to the game
We're always improving BLFFD, which means the game will change over time — questions get added and retired, features evolve, and servers occasionally need maintenance. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service. If we ever discontinue the whole Service or a paid feature you've bought, we'll give reasonable notice where possible, and handle active subscriptions as described in the Payment & Subscription Policy.
10. Suspension & termination
You can stop using BLFFD and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or terminate your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms — for example, cheating, abusing other players, or attacking our infrastructure. Where reasonable, we'll warn you first. If we terminate your account for a breach, you're not entitled to a refund of any purchases, except where the law requires otherwise.
11. Disclaimers
BLFFD is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it fun and stable, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or that a trivia answer will never be wrong (if one is, tell us — we'll fix it). To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Piece of Web will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — such as lost data, lost profits, or device issues — arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us through the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 50. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you — nothing in these terms takes away rights that consumer law guarantees you.
13. Indemnity
If your misuse of the Service or breach of these terms causes a third party to bring a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and damages arising from that claim.
14. Changes to these terms
If we make significant changes, we'll update this page and bump the "Last updated" date at the top. For major changes, we'll also notify you in the app. Continuing to use BLFFD after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
15. General
These terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Payment & Subscription Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Our not enforcing a term isn't a waiver of it. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Piece of Web is established, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections you have in your country of residence.
